I have discovered the greatness that is Delallo's. What is that you might ask? It's an Italian grocery store. You can buy food, dishes, pots and pans, everything.. Including real food already prepared that you can buy and eat.

I went to college not even 10 minutes away from there and never, in my 4 years of going to school, gone to the place. I swear, it was like being a kid in a candy store .

I picked you some banana chips, an Oatmeal pie type cookie that is HUGE.... and some Whole wheat chocolate mocha biscotti.

I informed Tina that when she comes down in June we will be having an Italian meal all from Delallo's. I'm excited!!!

NCAA Brackets

So I did something for the first time this year that I don't usually do. What you may ask?? Every March.... March Madness hits the nation. Every year I usually just print out brackets, make my picks and do poorly at it..

This year, I work in a new office with better people, and I found out that some people in the Planning Department run a gambling Brackets game... So a last week, while enjoying a crazy episode of American Idol, I asked Adam (who is my brother) to help me out.

So I put Adam in charge of my copy, to see how I do. Right now I have around 45 points!! WOOT! It would be nice to win some cash...

*edit* Well, both Texas A&M and Pitt lost last night... Damn it..

The Penguins will always be in Pittsburgh...

So after many months of talks, visiting other cities, and hearing all about the deals from other cities...

It was finally, officially announced that the Penguins will be staying in Pittsburgh for at least the next 30 years!! And they will finally get a new arena... a big change from the current one that they play in that is about 50 yrs old.. and I'm not joking about that either... the Mellon Arena is almost 50 years old... It's killer...

So we now have 2 winning teams in Pittsburgh!! All we need is for the Pirates to do good and everything will be well in the world...

GO PENS!!!!

This is something that pisses me off..

Why is it that people are offended when women say the word Vagina. Vagina, Vagina, Vagina.....

Just this past week, 3 girls, who are high school juniors in MY got suspended for using the work Vagina, in a monologue from The Vagina Monologues at a open Mic night... But apparently, at the same event a buy said F*** but nothing happened to him...

Suspended for saying Vagina..

I believe that people need to come to term with the fact women will say the word Vagina and they are not afraid to talk about it.

I should say that I am a give supporter of The Vagina Monologues and Eve Ensler. I was lucky enough to be involved in The Vagina Monologues production when I was a senior in college a few years ago. It was a Catholic University, and we got a lot of flack and attention from people in the community who all thought that we shouldn't put it on.

We did one performance of it, on February 14, we sold out the theater that it was in (the theater wasn't big) plus where were people standing/sitting in all the extra spaces that was available...

So those are my thoughts....

Well, I thought to myself today, I should maybe update this thing.... Who knows what will come out of it..

So here I am... updating my lovely blog.

I spent almost 2 hours today going store to store looking for cereal. I'm not really sure why. I apparently couldn't find any that I liked. I also had to pick up some pain killers. But I also had a conversation with some people at the store about where I wanted to move... Las Vegas and Canada came into the convo. It's odd to say that I would move to Canada considering I HATE THE COLD WEATHER!!! But who knows, it is better with the health care and other things that I can't mention, for I might get into with the Secret Service or something... I need to find a place that I can find a job that I want to do...

I've been watching too much Stargate this weekend.... Minus the random viewing of ALIEN... Then I did get Season 1 of Atlantis on Friday, so I guess that is a good reason as any...

The Pittsburgh Steelers pissed me off the other day.. They cut Joey Potter... it is a disaster... I love my Steelers... but I just don't know what they are going to do... But I still like Ben... he is a cutie..

Have I mentioned that I like the WWE and went to RAW the last time they were in Pittsburgh back in November 2006... It was awesome!! DX and John Cena rules!!!

Well, I'm new to this site but not to the world of blogginh.. I'm looking forward to trying it out and having some fun...
